Personal coaching services are designed to assist You to: • Define Your intimate Self • Increase awareness of Your sexual Self • Empower and motivate You to own Your sexuality and sexual well-being. • Increase intimacy with Self • Increase intimacy in sexual relationships. Services are offered live via, telephone, instant messaging, internet video conferencing and also email. Each telephone, video conference or instant message coaching session lasts 60 minutes. Email sessions are designed to provide motivation and empowerment for You, and are designed to provide continued motivational support. All coaching are topic based and goal oriented.
