Erotic Adult Sex Education: Teaching and learning materials which are arousing, or designed to arouse, on the subject of sexual desires, sexual well-being, relationships and spirituality, while educating adults aged 21 and over.

Open Discussion: A talk between two or more people about a subject, usually to exchange ideas or reach a conclusion, in a non-judgmental and non-threatening exchange.

You: The Experiencer or awareness of your thoughts, feelings and life events which lies behind the Self (link to self definition).

Sexuality: involvement or interest in sexual activity either with Self or others.

Intimate Life Coach: A person who teams up with individuals and/or groups in order to build and enhance a healthy sexual relationship with the Self and others.  

Self: Someone’s thoughts and perceptions about all personal experiences that are analyzed and discussed mostly during private thoughts.

Sexual Inhibitions: Suppression or blocking of any bodily processes or the action of sexual organs relating to sex and/or sexuality.

Consensual Sex: Sexual activity or behavior leading to it in agreement requiring the consent of all parties involved. To be consensual persons must be 18 or over, different states vary on minors and sex. See your local law library for details.
