Adults from all backgrounds and of all ages, can become empowered to acknowledge and change their negative sexual beliefs, enhance communication skills in intimate relationships (sexual and non-sexual), increase their sexual assertiveness and sexual self esteem, enhance their body image and learn some benefits of loving themselves.
All with the use of enlightening practices and self-help techniques!
We will have open discussions, some lectures and lots of experiential communication exercises.

Do you have an experience with Sexual Abuse/Assault, Domestic Violence and/or Unhealthy relationships and are learning to live with your new you? Ms. Q calls this recovery from a SAADVU (sad view) come get a new perspective and learn how you can recover from your SAADVU.
If you've moved on from a disempowering experience or relationship and are already on your healing journey you may find that sometimes the road gets bumpy, or you just, may, run out of fuel. Join this support group where there will be lots of other healing souls with similar, different and unimaginable experiences.

Are you a survivor or have you had an experience with sexual abuse or assault? Maybe you've been in an unhealthy relationship where you couldn’t use your voice to speak your truth's about who are you are sexually, sensually and/or relationally. If you've experienced complete disempowerment and are ready to take hold of your power this may be the workshop for you.

COSMIC SCHEME: An Astrology Workshop Using Your Birth Natal Chart
Astrology is a key to specific information that can unlock the knowledge of your unique inner self, relax the mind, and allow for natural light and love. There is more to astrology than just your Sun sign.
Think of it like this… Your life experiences, in flow with the cycles of 10 planets coming through as your personality traits also known as zodiac signs and how they apply to your social connections, make for a pattern unique to only You. Your birth natal chart is a picture of the way the Universe flows for YOU!
Astrology is the picture of the inner person just as the physical body is the picture of the outer person. It reflects your inner world, thus providing a graph, voila! An astrology chart.
Everyone's chart has a spiritual theme... What's yours?
Over the course of two workshops, we'll explore some of the basic components of astrology that make up a cosmic scheme: the elements, modalities, signs, planets, and houses, with a special emphasis on the Ascendent, Sun and Moon signs. Are you an enthusiastic fire sign? A pragmatic earth sign? A communicative air sign? A sensitive water sign? Or, more realistically, do you say to yourself, "Hey! I'm a combination of all of these!"
Each participant will receive a copy of their natal chart so they can follow along and learn about the energies at work and play in their own birth chart.
Come learn some basics to astrology and join us for a fun exploration of your natal chart and enhance your current self- knowledge.
