Get involved with the Urban Community where we learn, show and tell about how God is LOVE and how to access God in ways that actually work for Our lives and the people in and around it.
Urban Living definition: a culture relating to, or characteristic of city life, city manners and city affairs.
City definition: a designated area with a population of 50,000 people or more per 2000 sq. miles.
Our Mission: People from all backgrounds and of all ages will become empowered to: acknowledge and change their negative beliefs about life, to enhance communication skills in close relationships, and learn to manage their actions and reactions, when they experience the benefits to loving The Self and/or a Higher Power.
And we learn to do all of this with the use of enlightening practices, self-help techniques, community support, and much more!
As an Urban Community we will learn to:
• Visualize
• Meditate
• Manifest
• Reach our Higher Selves using The Source (God)
• Research spiritual resources for our own enlightenment
And my personal favorite,
• Listen to AND learn to ignore our meaningless self talk or shall I say:
LEARN TO MANAGE THE EGO
We are all creating in this existence whether we know it, like it, or understand it. Are you ready to start consciously creating and manifesting in your life?

We will have open discussions (yes you can ask questions!) and presentations about Urban Living: spirituality, psychology, self-talk, self-love, parenting, health, recovering from trauma, recovering from addictions, recovering from failed relationships to building relationships, healthy sexuality, effective communication, career building, LOVE, and much, much more!

The Spiritual Center for Urban Living was founded by Counselor, Coach, Metaphysician & Sex Educator, Dr. QuiraA Bell, PhD., MFCT, as a way for the Urban Community to become spiritually empowered, get meaningful education and counseling about relationships, health, sexuality, life, and spiritual issues.
The Spiritual Center for Urban Living is open to ALL Men, WomYn, & Children regardless of age, religion, class, race, marital status, look, dress, sexual preference or any other judgmental limitation.
